George Diefenthal
Chief Executive Officer
George joined NTAS in 2007 and has over 39 years of experience in engineering and operations, fifteen of them in the water treatment industry. He has worked with both small startup companies as well as large multi-national firms. George earned his B.S. in Electrical Engineering as well as his M.B.A. from San Diego State University.
John Raub
Product Engineer
John has over 15 years of experience designing automated fluorescent and laser based ultra violet exposure systems. He holds inventor credit for patents in the commercial food processing industry and has years of Solid Modeling design experience. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the California State University at Long Beach.
Matthew Huber
Application Specialist
Matthew is a project manager and research scientist
specializing in pharmaceutical and aquaculture applications. He earned his Master’s Degree from Moss Landing Marine Laboratories, the Marine Science Program for the California State University system, where he specialized in microorganism physiology. Matthew’s work experience includes technical positions at Allergan, Purdue Pharma and General Atomics and he has served on the faculty at three different colleges.
Melissa Fay
Office Manager
Melissa has over 10 years’ experience in office management and over 20 years’ experience in customer service. Prior to joining Neotech Aqua Solutions, Inc. In 2009, she was general manager at Wireless Data Services, Inc, specializing in accounting, office management and customer logistics. Melissa also served as the customer service manager for ADC-Telecommunications/PCSI, managing the corporate call center, product returns and field service logistics.
Christina Campos
Operations and Inside Sales
Christina has four years experience in molecular biology and biochemistry and seven years experience in office administration and customer service. She received her B.S. in biochemistry from San Diego State University where she was a research specialist in protein design and engineering. Christina manages NeoTech Aqua’s customer service department, operations, as well as sales and marketing.
